It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca L Layne of Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on March 16, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Layne and Velma Layne (Vaughn); her brother Michael Layne; and her sister-in-law Sheri Layne. She is survived by: her partner Darla Helmig of Pekin; her daughter Dawn Stuart (Wesley) of West Plains, Missouri; her nephew Michael Layne of Pekin; and her niece Kimberly Beeney (Shane) of Pekin.
