He was predeceased by: his mother Mona Devall (Diveley); and his brother Allen Devall. He is survived by: his father Carl Devall; his children, Dustin Burwell of Pekin, Jordan Devall of Pekin, Hannah Wagley of East Peoria and Kriss Devall of Pekin; his grandchild Sage Wagley; and his brother Elvin Devall.
