She was predeceased by: her mother Betty Stumpf (Thomas); and her brother-in-law Lou Shelton. She is survived by: her father Richard Herbert of Pekin; her sons, Carson O'Neal of Pekin and Donovan O'Neal of Pekin; her sisters, Diana Shelton of Pekin, Robin Everett (Bruce) of Spring Bay and Susanne Stumpf of Pekin; her siblings-in-law, Linda Spencer (Steve) of Bloomington and Paul O'Neal of Deer Creek; and her mother-in-law Iona O'Neal (Cocker Spaniel) of Normal.
