She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred F. Shoultz and Frances M. Shoultz (Cullinan); her children, Jeffrey Scott Secrest and Lori Ann Mammen; and her siblings, Paul Shoultz, Jerry Shoultz, Dorothy May, Wilma McCoy, Janet Hobson and Doreen Vicino.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Secrest of Pekin and Gregory Secrest of Los Angeles, California; her grandchildren, Ashley Mammen, Dylan Mammen and Cody Mammen; her great grandchildren, Makenna Mammen, Trip Mammen, Avery Mammen and Owen Mammen; and her brother Wayne Shoultz (Sandy) of Bloomington.
