Harold Oltman Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2023, at the age of 92, Harold Oltman of Pekin, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold W. Oltman and Velma Oltman (Larosh); and his sister Betty Ranney. He is survived by: his wife Joanne F. Grant of Pekin; and his children, Joy Oltman of Pekin, Janice Willmert (Harry) of Pekin, Thomas H. Oltman (Kim) of Pekin, Bradley C. Oltman (Jody) of Pekin and Michael G. Oltman (Sue Buster) of Pekin. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
