He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William, Sr. and Ethel Lucille Kinney (Davis); his siblings, Charles Kinney, Jr., Dale Russell Kinney and Joyce Marsh; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Kinney.
He is survived by: his sons, Terry Kinney of North Pekin and Thomas Kinney of Hendersonville, Tennessee; and his siblings, Herbert Kinney (Carolyn) of Meridian, Gerald Kinney (Penny) of East Moline and Sandra Henderson of East Moline. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
