With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Mitchell (Pekin, Illinois), born in Stillwater, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 17, 2023 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elizabeth Mitchell to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Raymond Brown Becker and Harriet Jemima Horn; her daughter Jo Ellen; her granddaughter Grace Mitchell; and her brother George Becker.
She is survived by: her children, Kay Mitchell (Josef Brugger), Sue Mitchell (Charles Wallace), Alan Mitchell (Connie Liddy Mitchell) and Amy Galbraith (Bob); her grandchildren, Mona, Mike Copenhaver, Alice Mitchell, George Mitchell, Clark Mitchell, Laura Galbraith, Ellen Galbraith, Ken Galbraith and Joshua Mitchell Duve; and her sister Ann (Bob Herrick). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the First United Presbyterian Church.
