Short of Pekin, Illinois, born in Revere, Missouri, who passed away on June 7, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Williams and Laura Williams (King); her brother Ward Williams; and her grandson Jack Derusso. She is survived by: her husband Bob of Pekin; her children, John Short (Marie) of St. Peter, MO, Matthew Short (Deanna) of Leesburg, VA, Mark Short (Marcy) of Metamora, IL, Dan Short (Bernadette) of Chicago, IL, Dennis Short (Andrea) of Pekin, Patricia Wisner of Bartonville and Karen Fort (Chris) of Pekin; her grandchildren, Erica Pullen, Trisha Haney, Bethany Childress, Christopher Fort, Jeremy Wisner, Rachel Cochran, Logen Howell, Amara Howell, Bryton Short, Garrett Short, Bri Short, Josh Derusso Short, Henri Short, Charlie Short, Sophie Short and Marshall Short; her great grandchildren, Tyler Thomas, Emma Haney, Rylan Pullen, Ayden Pullen, George Fort Cochran and Baby Cochran; and her siblings, James Williams of Keokuk, IA, Marvin Williams of Keokuk, IA, Keith Williams of Texas, Luke Williams of Washington State, Letha Smith of Carthage, IL and Nell Skinner of Keokuk, IA..
