He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Fults. He is survived by: his mother Linda Meier of Pekin; his daughter Alyssa Fults of Pekin; and his siblings, Jodi Rinaldo (Patrick) of Pekin, Vicki Heitzman of Chillicothe, Royce Fults (Chantale) of Pekin and Eric Gardner of East Peoria.
