Carroll, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Calhoun (Aaron Heitmann), Jamie Woodley (Scott), Dawn Calhoun, Tammy Ehlers (Josh), Brian Calhoun (Allison) and Doug Mueller (Teresa). He is also survived by his 9 great nieces and nephews.
