He is survived by: his uncle William Ethridge; his friend Violet Altenbern of Lena; his sons, Ronald Ethridge (Diana) of Freeport, Kenneth Ethridge (Beverly) of Lena and Gary Ethridge (Pilar) of Shawnee; his grandchildren, Ronda Martin (Karl) of Freeport, Jeremy Ethridge (Kim) of Washington, Kevin Ethridge (Emily) of Peoria, Laurie Boettner (Chris) of Freeport and Bradley Ethridge of Lena; his great grandchildren, Karla Martin of Freeport, Krystal Martin of Freeport, Jillian, Matthew Ethridge of Washington and Jonathan; and his sister Verda Werkheiser (Keith) of Pearl City.
