She was predeceased by: her parents, William Guitar and Faye Green Guitar; and her husband Michael "Mike" Boelling. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Sitze (Josh) of Pawnee and Chris Boelling; her grandchildren, Kaden and Mason; her brother Kevin Guitar of St. Louis, MO; and her sister-in-law Diane Eidman. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the Animal Protective League or Toys for Tots.
