She was predeceased by: her grandparents, George, Edith Lueth, William and Katherine Hoekstra. She is survived by: her parents, Jerald "Jerry" Hoekstra and June Hoekstra of St. Anne, IL.; her husband Len Tully; her brother David (Cathy) of St. Anne, IL; and her nephews, Michael Hoekstra (Claudia) of Chicago and Daniel Hoekstra of Chicago. She is also survived by many family members including her aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorials may be given in the Tully Family name for a donation to a charity of their choice.
