She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Dostal. She is survived by: her children, Charlie Dostal (Peggy) and Diane Dostal; her grandchildren, Sammy and Carolyn Andrews; her sister Martha Irwin; and her sister-in-law Gwen Nordren. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, birds.
In lieu of flowers donations made in Janet's honor may be made to South Suburban Humane Society.
