He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Boyer and Esther E. Boyer (Adams); his sons, Charles E. Boyer and Kenneth A. Boyer; and his siblings, Ruth Wilson and Thomas Boyer.
He is survived by: his grandson Wesley Boyer of Justin; and his sister Martha Reeley of Springfield, Illinois..
