She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence A. Rutledge and Virginia B. Rutledge (Miller); her spouse Gail Compton; her grandson Hayden Felgenhauer; and her son-in-law Richard Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Walker of Paris, Gene Compton (Laurie) of Mattoon, Brenda Rush, Glenda Branson (Kevin) of Paris and Cynthia Compton (Paul Gilbert) of Paris; and her siblings, Leroy Rutledge of Edgewood, Illinois, Velda Bringaze of Belleville, Marlene Grant of Forsythe, Karron Bingman of Effingham and Sharon Sanderfield of Corona, California. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
