He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Gulley and Dorothy Morgan Gulley; his son Stephen Gulley; his grandson Zachary Gulley; his stepgrandson Patrick Crawford; and his brother Terry Gulley.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Sidener (Goldsmith); his daughter Sheralyn Wiegand (James) of Bloomington; his daughter-in-law Christy Gulley of Downs; his stepsons, Timothy Sidener (Cathy) of Mt. Olive and James Sidener (Cyndi) of Wayne, MI; his grandchildren, Austin, Ally Wiegand and Elizabeth Gulley; his stepgrandchildren, Timothy Sidener (Karon), Jacque Gendron (Mike), David Sidener (Amber), Alyssa Sidener, Stephanie Runyon, Samantha, Courtnie Crawford, Maria, Aireanna and Davina Blackburn; and his brothers, Ronald Gulley and John Gulley (Brenda).
