He is survived by: his wife Juletta of Pana; his children, Robert Dunn (Pearl Holden), Otis Leroy Jr. (April Dunn), Sean (Patty Wright), Matthew Dunn of Pana, Charlotte Dunn of Michigan and Tamara (Tony McNeely); and his siblings, Marsha Dunn of Illinois and Melvin Ferguson of Arizona. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren; 17 Great-Grandchildren.
