He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Budds and Helen Budds (Paradee); and his siblings, Donna, Deanna and Dick.
He is survived by: his children, Samantha Budds of Mattoon, IL and Craig Budds (Jessica); his grandchildren, Tori Budds of Mattoon, IL, Isaiah Langston of Shelbyville, IL, Chandler Budds of Shelbyville, IL and Annabelle Howell of Mattoon, IL; and his siblings, Vivian, Carolyn, Cecelia, Kathy, Keith, Dawn, Julia, Mark and Lisa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
