He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard M. Woolard and Myrtle A. Woolard (Hinton); and his brother Melvin Woolard. He is survived by: his wife Reva Kaiser; his children, Dale Woolard (Angel), Don Woolard (Rayette) of Windsor, IL and David Woolard (Connie) of Floyds Knob, IN; his grandchildren, Cody Woolard, Josie Woolard, Austin Ray, Tanna Clark, Amber Goebel (Nathan), Charlene Slater, Paige Stremming (Nathan), Coy Woolard and Grayson Woolard; and his great grandchildren, Brogan, Slater, Daxten, Leo, Aspen, Remington and Corbin.
Memorials in Lloyd's honor may be made to the First Church of the Nazarene, Pana or Pana Community Hospital Foundation for Quad County Hospice and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
