He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Fowler and Winston Oliver; his stepmother Shelby Tennison; his wife Linda Oliver; and his brothers, David Oliver, Michael Oliver and Edgar Oliver.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Oliver (Donna), Tonya Oliver, Christina Oliver and Dana Oliver; his grandchildren, Sean Torgeson, Wyatt Seymour, Ember Vetro, Logan Hunter, Bryson Oliver, Andrew Oliver and Corey Oliver; his siblings, Leroy Oliver, Janafaye McArthur, Lori Cook (Steve), Jeffrey Oliver and Eric Oliver; and his stepsister Carol Hooper (Butch). He is also survived by his brothers, sisters, children & grandchildren.
