With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward J. Schichler of Pana, Illinois, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on December 27, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Schichler and Bertha Edna Shults Schichler. He is survived by: his wife Jane A. Aird Schichler; and his children, Brenda Betterton (Richard) of Pana, IL, Alice Getman (Ed Czernecki) and Phil Sullivan (Judy Tidd). He is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends.
