He is survived by: his wife Sandra (White); his children, Robert, Randall (Susan), Rick, Rodney Slade and Rina Slade; his stepson Dale Tasharski (Laurie); his grandchildren, Weston, Jamison and Ethan; his stepgrandchildren, Jason and Emma; his great grandchild Trent; his siblings, Phyllis Paprzyca (late Eugene) and Richard Slade (Mary Ann); and his nieces, Julie, Leslie, Becky and Godchild.
