We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2022, at the age of 86, Shirley Harbeck of Ottawa, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Jennings and Isabelle Jennings (Buford); her former husband Dr. John Clayton Harbeck; her daughter Cathi Myre (Hogue); her grandson Fletcher Bodnar; and her siblings, Sandy Lowe, Robert and Howard Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Hogue (Tamara) of Raton, NM and Terri Lynn Hogue (Gene Feely) of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Cara Manning (Glenn) of Ottawa, Jillian Wawerski of LaSalle and J. Myre of Seneca; her great grandchildren, Pearl, Bode and Gus; and her sisters, Patricia Applebee of Ottawa and Linda Ford (Lee) of Smithfield.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Trinity Lutheran Church in Ottawa.
