She was predeceased by: her parents, William R Worrells and Amy Worrells (Reed); her children, James and Joy; and her siblings, Neva Bissonett, Reva Ringenburg of William, JR, Jessie Beth Brannon (Betty), Vernal (Red), Viola Stash, Rolla, Lois Jean, Helen Votaw, Sarah, Twins, Jack, Dorothy, James and Judy McGuire Prust.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Chamberlain (Andrea) of LaSalle, Crystal Balas (Don) of LaSalle, Cindy Klimek (Bill) of Peru and Tracy Maurice of Depue. She is also survived by Grandchildren, 35 Great Grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
