He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Laureano and Willadean Laureano (VanOver); and his brothers, Franklin Piper (Dolores), Freddie and Don Piper.
He is survived by: his children, Tabitha Franco (Nelson), Rebecca Laureano, Bonnie Bowers (Christopher) and Michael Laureano; his stepson Nicolas Geyer; his grandchildren, Nelson III, Destinee, Liam, Leah, Justin, Alexandra, Daniella, Austin, Andrew, Hayleigh and Landon; and his siblings, Alicia Newland (Robert) and Michael Laureano (Donna). He is also survived by nine nieces and five nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.
