He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Gayan and Lorraine Gayan (Stoudt). He is survived by: his fiancé Jodie Hickman; his children, Janet Forinash (Aaron) of Peoria, Jami Gayan Puetz of Streator and Jodi Gayan of Virginia; his siblings, Joan Bretag (Danny), Brian Gayan (Eileen) and Danny Gayan (Tuesday); and his grandchildren, Keith, Olivia Gayan, Joey, Jax, Jessa Puetz, Dylan and Drew Forinash. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and close friends.
