Patricia Hayes Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Hayes (Ottawa, Illinois), who passed away on March 22, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia Hayes to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Ainsley and Florence Ainsley (Harmon); her husband William J. Hayes; and her sisters, Kay Ainsley and Mary Jo Chapman (Ainsley).
She is survived by: her children, Brad Hayes of LaSalle and Paula Morris of Oglesby; her grandchildren, Jim, Joe Hayes, Justin Goellner and Leah Morris; and her siblings, Barb Fleming (Wayne) of Dayton, Ann Nagy (Dan) of Hales Corner, WI and Pete Ainsley (Kris) of Dayton. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID guidelines, family and friends attending the service will be kindly asked to wear a face covering and maintain social distancing.
