She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Goetsch (Dwayne) of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Adam Goetsch (Brittany) of Peoria, Matthew Goetsch (Karla) of Marseilles and Amy Evans (Aaron) of Ottawa; her great grandchildren, Zinnia Goetsch, Anna and Maria Goetsch; her niece Rebecca Price; her great-nephew Andrew Price; her great-niece Brittany Smith (Dave); and also, Adelyn and Cassidy Smith.
