She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Flaherty and Margaret Flaherty (Shannon); her husbands, William Duckworth and Lawrence Meaney; her children, Rita, Florence, William and James Duckworth; and her sister Cecilia Nink.

She is survived by: her son Jack John Duckworth. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty two great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.

Memorials may be directed to St. Patrick's Church.
