He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip II and Martha Link, II (Eisert); and his siblings, Philip III, Richard, William Link and Dorothy Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Siebert (Cultra); his sons, Barrie (Karen) and Steven Link; his stepdaughters, Melissa Leslie (Kevin) and Carrie Klein (Tim); his grandchildren, Jake, Kayli, Zack Link, Amanda Meagher, Jesstine Leslie-Frieders (Tyler), Cooper and Chloe Klein; and his brother Ronald Link (Melissa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church, the Ottawa Food Pantry, PADS Shelter, or a charity of the donor's choice.
