She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Soulsby and Marie Soulsby (Oster); her husband Donald Gillette; her son Jeff Gillette; and her sister Linda Sandberg.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Schomas (Rodney) of Ottawa, Juli Stillwell (Jeff) of Ottawa and Joyce Gillette-Cartina of Aurora; her grandchildren, Justin Nixon, Mindy Wiley, Jenae Kennelly, Mallorie Weygand, Jennifer Lancaster, Melissa Harden, Dawn Jacobs, Laura Goebel, Amy Anderson, Heidi Geiger, Harley Stillwell, Dominic Cartina and Dustin Cartina; her brothers, Jack Soulsby (Judy) and Ed Durdan (Ann); and her brother-in-law Wayne Sandberg. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandsons.
