He is survived by: his wife Edith Davis; his children, Judith Davis Evans (Robert), Juanita Campbell (Robert), Sheila McTillmon (John) and Selby Davis III; his grandchildren, Larry (Isidora), Joy, Robert, Debra (Christopher), Joshua, Isaiah (Lisa), Selece, Briana, Darryl, Vanessa and John; his great grandchildren, Akasha, Yavari, Jamayas, Calen, Daela, Zya and Kylo; his nieces and nephews, Stacey Burgess and Arthur Turnbull; his cousins, Edna Ingram and Marie Tekel; his aunt Sue Lamb; and his sister-in-law Florine Poe.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the North Fairview Bible Church (3838 Sterling Rd, Downers Grove, IL 60515).
