She is survived by: her husband Don Sampson; her children, Jeff Sampson (Sandi) and Janet Borneman Radsek (Jerry); her grandchildren, Steve, Kathy Radsek, Mike Borneman, Brianna Sampson Ponio (Jerry), Nicolette Sampson Hendricks (Mark) and Karissa Sampson; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa and Ashley.
