He was predeceased by: his daughter Emily Klaus; and his siblings, Fred (Carol), Linda (late Butch), Danny (Alice), Tommy and Terry (Lynn).

He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Gabrielle Klaus (Michael Heinlein) and Theodore Klaus II (Leticia Longoria); and his grandchildren, Brayden, Hunter and Adelaide.
