She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Gustafik Sr.; her grandchild Ashley Gustafik; and her siblings, Arthur Schultz (late Alice) and Eileen Bohannon (late Jesse). She is survived by: her children, Robert Gustafik Jr. (Tina), Joanne Ward (Brian) and Ken Gustafik (Norma); her grandchildren, Matt Ward (Katie), Robbie Gustafik (Marilyn), Brandi DiGangi (Jeremy), Corey Gustafik (Melissa), Mike Ward, Jeremiah, Elias Soto, Melanie, Mitchell Ward and Adam Gustafik; her great grandchildren, Addison Ward, Hailee, Ashlynn Gustafik, Matthew, Mackenzie Ward, Auston Gustafik and Evan DiGangi; her sisters, Lois Martino (late Dan) and Traci Rosen (late Frank); and her godchildren, Debi Skowron, Kathy Christian, Dwight Martino and Dale Bohannon.
