He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline E. Lukasik; and his siblings, Irene Charnas and Eugene Lukasik. He is survived by: his children, Albert Lukasik, JoAnn Greene (Kevin) and Edward Lukasik (Susan); his grandchildren, Erica Fitterer (Robert), Kevin Greene, Alyssa Wayteck (Keith) and Elizabeth Greene; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Luke, Victor and Edward.
