He is survived by: his wife Karen J. Koehne; his daughters, Denise Mate (Thomas) and Kathleen Banach (Kevin); his grandchildren, Hunter, Brooke, Joseph and Alexander; and his siblings, Clarence Koehne (Chanda), Mildred McDonald (Delbert), Nola Trueblood (late Richard) and Henry Koehne (late Cheryl). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
