It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan T. Szarka (Orland Park, Illinois), who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Donna; his children, Natalie, Brooke Palermo (Lorenzo) and Amber Sikes (Matthew); his grandchildren, Dominic, Enzo, Leo, Connor and Carter; and his parents, Frank Szarka and Elva Szarka.

Interment privateIn lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959 would be appreciated.
