She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Behnke and Grace Behnke (Lockery); her husband Donald L. Hepner; and her brother Marty Behnke. She is survived by: her children, Susan Stroup (Vincent) of Orion, Mary Unger (Bill) of Moline, Rick Hepner (Joyce) of Orion, Mike Hepner (Tracy) of Orion and Tom Hepner (Kim) of Orion. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, where Shirley was a member, or the Orion Food Pantry.
