She was predeceased by: her parents, Duane Malmen and Edna Malmen (Kahl); her husband Terry M. McVietty; and her brothers, Dale and Ronnie Malmen.
She is survived by: her children, Greg McVietty (Jeanne), Summit, Randy McVietty (Lori), Orion, Kevin McVietty (Michele), Bruce McVietty (Marci) and Mark McVietty (Sandy); and her siblings-in-law, Jay McVietty (Vicki), Barry McVietty (Marilyn), Karrie Sue Runyon (Bob), Betty Malmen, Wanda and Marilyn. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, where Janet was a member.
