He was predeceased by: his parents, James Black and Eunice Black (Thomas); his sister Carolyn Sue Black Bare; and his nephew Kevin Bare. He is survived by: his wife Earlene Black of Olney; his children, Marty Black (Jada Stark) of Olney, Angela Ireland (Kevin) of Mt. Carmel, IL and Steven Black of Olney; his grandchildren, Jordan Fletcher, Mallory Fuller (Hunter), Kaleigh Black, Sarah Black, River, Gus Stark of Olney and Kris Raber (Sydney) of Mt. Carmel; and his brother Jim Black (Lynda) of Nashville, TN.
