He is survived by: his wife Jean O'Brien of Olney; his children, Larry O'Brien (Teresa) of Madison, KY, Jim O'Brien (Lisa) of Olney, Rob O'Brien of Broughton, IL and Cheryl Galloway of Fountain, CO; and his brother Bill O'Brien. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
