Smith (Worrell); her stepfather Clarence Doty; her siblings, Doris Sink, Mary Ann Miller, Larry Smith, Ron Smith, Keith Smith, Charlotte, Norman and James; her siblings-in-law, Sandra Smith, James Weber, Robert Hufford and Howard Sink; and her half-brother Buddy Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Fred; her sons, Greg (Regina) of Sullivan, IL and Rod (Jeanie) of Auburn, IL; her granddaughters, Karlie, Kylie and Ainslie; her sisters, Sally Weber of Newton, IL and Diana Hufford of Acworth, GA; and her siblings-in-law, Karen Smith of Olney, IL and Robert Miller of Newton, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
