She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Wilson and Virginia Wilson (Hedges); her brother-in-law Robert Stolte; and her nephew Eric Stolte. She is survived by: her husband Don Blackford; her daughters, Amy Ramsey (Dan) of Indianapolis and Bobbi Blackford of Olney; her grandchildren, Tyler Blackford (Jenna), Danielle Legg (Shaun), Logan Ramsey and Caleb Ramsey; her great grandchildren, Griffin and Owen Legg; and her sister Barbara Kay Stolte of Arvada, Colorado. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations in her honor to OCC Foundation or Richland County Hope.
