She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Baylor and Bernice Baylor (Burwell); her husband David Roe Lacey; and her sister Cheryl Gillis. She is survived by: her siblings, Rose Ruffner and Walter Ruffner (Butch); and her daughter Paula Ann Rosborough. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-Grandchildren.
