She is survived by: her husband Jim Middleton; her children, Robin Mullin (Dan) and Frank Middleton (Renee); her children-in-law, Shannon Middleton and Dave Cantrell; her grandchildren, Mandie Clark (Steve Weiler), Adam Cox (Jodi), Franki Cox (Kirsten), Ethan Cox (June Hout), Ashton Dilly (Donovan), Brooke Wedding (Ezira), Destiny Middleton (Brandon Gilbert), Paige Middleton, Cody Rosskilley and Cody Wilson (Rachel Cornett); and her brother Frank O'Dell (Nancy). She is also survived by eighteen Great grandchildren.
