She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard John and Betty Doran Osmer; her husband Ronald Lee Smith; and her siblings, Mary Margaret Osmer, Susan Ann Swisher, Bradd and Brian Osmer.
She is survived by: her children, Matt Smith (Kathy) of Lafayette, IN, Jason Smith (Jane) of Noble, IL and Ellen Smith of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, Jacob Smith, Jarod Smith, Connor Harrison and Savannah Smith; and her siblings, Martha Clayton (Charles) of Camden, Jan Ford (Steve) of Beardstown, David Osmer (Georgeanne) of Beardstown, Joe Osmer (Susan) of Beardstown and Thomas Osmer (Tamara) of Springfield. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials have been suggested to Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
