He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn and Mary E. Wilkin (Yohe); and his siblings, Susie Dye and Bobby Wilkin. He is survived by: his wife Janice K. Rastovaki; his sons, Randy Wilkin (Lisa) of Evansville and Greg Wilkin of Ina; his siblings, Frankie Wilkin (Perlavon) of West Salem, Bill Wilkin of Mt. Erie, Jack Wilkin (Janet) of Pennsylvania, Glenda Wilkin of Albion, Linda Newby (Jay) of Flora, Joann Young (Mike) of Mt. Erie and Mary Kay Smerdon of West Salem; and his great grandchild Sebastian. He is also survived by his family, friends.
