She was predeceased by: her husband G. Dean Smallwood; her parents, Loren Oliver and Kathaleen Storer (Sayre); and her grandparents, Omar, Liza Sayre, Florence and Albert Storer.
She is survived by: her children, Clinton Smallwood (Janet) of Nora Springs, Iowa, Carla Patterson (Craig) of Olney, Wendy Johnson (Dan) of Flora and Glenda Croegaert (Paul) of Richmond, Texas; her grandsons, Mark, Joshua, Jacob Smallwood and Hunter Johnson; her great grandchildren, Calieb, Kathaleen (Katie), Kaileigh, Clinton Dean, Abigail, Wyatt Smallwood, Camerin and Caidence Carter; and her siblings, Kenneth Storer (Victoria) of Eagle and Pat Gray (Paul) of Katy, Texas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
